What is Wellness Life Coaching?
Wellness life coaching is when clients work with a certified coach (as opposed to a healthcare professional) to help improve one’s quality of life in all eight dimensions of wellness. The coach will help you assess your goals, recognize potential barriers and problematic behaviors and assist in creating an action plan that turns your goals into reality. As a life coach, I am an educational resource, personal life strategist, support person, accountability partner, and your biggest cheerleader all rolled into one! I meet you where you are so you can accept the present as a neutral starting point to charge onward from. Baby, I plan to help you learn to live your best life!
